This research aims to directly test the effect of using the matrix calculator website to support mathematics students' learning of matrix material. Matrices are a material branch of mathematics. The use of this technology, especially the internet, such as the Matrix Calculator website, is very helpful in supporting matrix learning, namely by increasing mathematics students' understanding of matrices. The sample in this research was 30 students from the Tadris Mathematics study program at Salatiga State Islamic University. The type of research used is a descriptive quantitative method with a quasi-experimental method. This method was chosen to see the effectiveness of using the Matrix Calculator website in improving the quality of Matrix learning for Tadris Mathematics students. The instrument of this research is to provide a pre-test and post-test questionnaire in the form of an 8-item questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show an increase in students' understanding of matrix material after using the Matrix Calculator, as evidenced by the increase in post-test questionnaire scores compared to the pre-test. All respondents experienced an increase in scores after using Matrix Calculator, showing the effectiveness of the Matrix Calculator website in matrix learning. A technology-based learning approach can increase student motivation and interest in learning. Kawung Batik is a rich and valuable cultural heritage, and is considered a unique art form. In this research, an exploratory method was used to study the mathematical structure underlying the Kawung batik motif and its impact on visual beauty. Through an interdisciplinary approach, mathematical concepts such as symmetry, geometry and pattern are applied to analyze Kawung batik motifs. In this case, it shows that Kawung batik displays complex symmetry patterns, using geometric elements such as circles and squares. These patterns provide harmonious visual beauty and highlight the craftsmen's skill in applying mathematical principles to their works of art. The cultural values contained in Kawung batik and how mathematics is an important factor in maintaining and developing this cultural heritage. Exploring mathematics in the context of aesthetic art enriches our understanding of the beauty and values contained in local culture. Important implications in education, especially in integrating mathematics and the arts, as well as in preserving and promoting local culture. <p>The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference between the learning outcomes of students taught by using snakes and ladders learning media and not using snakes and ladders learning media. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were grade VI students of SD Negeri Langenharjo 02 as many as 13 students. This research was carried out with stages, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting a one-group pretest-posttest by giving essay questions to students as many as 10 items. Dienes' theory was used in this study because it is relevant to the topic discussed, namely learning while playing. To test the difference in student learning outcomes, a paired sample t-test was conducted with α = 5%. Before the data was processed, the normality of the data was first tested using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and the data was normally distributed. The results showed that the p value (sig.) = 0.000.. <α= 0,05. This means that H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, which means that there are differences in student learning outcomes using snakes and ladders learning media and not using snakes and ladders learning media.</p>Vemas Dwi AgustinoRamadhan Husein Abdillah

Mathematics is often considered a science that is difficult to understand and complicated. However, in reality mathematics has an important role in everyday life. Almost all the activities we do invole the use of mathematics, from simple things like calculating change for groceries to complex things like designing buildings to remain sturdy or programming technology that continues to develop. This abstract discusses various example of the application of mathematics in everyday life. These examples are sategorized based on several fields, such as: 1. Finance; mathematics is used in various financial activities, such as calculating spending money, making budgets and investing. 2. Shopping; mathematics is used to calculate the price of goods, find discounts and compare prices. 3. Transportation; mathematics is used to calculate mileage, travel time and fuel consumption. 4. Technology; mathematics is used in various technology devices, such as computers, smartphones and the internet. Good mathematical knowledge and skills can help us solve various problems in everyday life. This study aims to determine and describe the importance of using props in filling ice breaking in math learning which is useful for increasing students' understanding of learning. With this, researchers conducted research in a qualitative descriptive way using library research which presents the results of research in the form of an analysis of an incident of fact. The data collection carried out in this study came from news and articles from trusted online news portals, while also using journal publications that are relevant to the research objectives. Learning mathematics often requires an innovative approach to arouse interest and improve students' understanding of learning. The use of props as ice breaking media is one of the effective strategies. This article will discuss the importance of using teaching aids in ice breaking in mathematics learning to increase students' understanding of learning. By utilizing teaching aids, students can visualize mathematical concepts concretely and also increase student interaction and involvement in the learning process.
