Pemanfaatan Teknologi VEO 3 AI sebagai Inovasi Promosi Digital bagi UMKM dalam Pengembangan Start-Up Berbasis Digital
Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia play an important role in the Indonesian economy. However, there are still many MSMEs that haven’t been able to adapt to the digital world, especially with AI technology, one of which is VEO 3 AI. This research aims to understand the views of MSME actors regarding the use of AI technology, as well as analyzing the preparation of appropriate prompts to produce promotional content that meets their expectations. Using qualitative methods through interviews with three MSMEs in the culinary, event organizer and beauty sectors, it was found that VEO 3 AI can increase work efficiency and the attractiveness of visual promotions. However, the difficulty in composing prompts is still a major obstacle. The research results show that VEO 3 AI is able to increase work efficiency, especially in digital promotions, although prompt preparation is still the main obstacle. This research shows the importance of digital literacy for MSME players, especially in terms of AI in supporting marketing strategies and business growth in the digital era.
