However, financial literacy in Indonesia remains low, at only 49.68%, according to the 2022 National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK).Low financial literacy poses a significant challenge to human resource development, particularly among students in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Ciputra University students. The results show that the majority of students are more motivated and receive information more effectively through game-based learning methods. Based on these findings, a gamification-based financial education game application called INDvest Academy was developed to simulate stock and cryptocurrency investments. This application is designed to ensure that the gamification method can significantly improve economic literacy. A quantitative conclusive research design method was used by distributing questionnaires to 105 student investors. The results show that financial literacy has a positive influence on control behavior and financial attitudes. Control behavior and past behavior have a positive influence on investment decisions. However, subjective norms and financial attitudes did not have a significant influence. Financial literacy influences through control behavior, but not through financial attitudes. Dalam literatur ini, kita akan melihat apakah pelatihan berdampak pada upah pekerja Indonesia. Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional 2020-2021 dan beberapa penelitian lainnya digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelatihan dan upah pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review untuk mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap upah pekerja. Data dari Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional 2020-2021 menunjukkan bahwa pekerja penerima upah di sektor formal yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan memiliki rata- rata upah yang lebih tinggi, yaitu sekitar empat juta rupiah per bulan, sedangkan pekerja yang tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan memiliki rata-rata upah yang lebih rendah. Penelitian lainnya juga mendukung hasil ini. Misalnya, penelitian oleh Mufida S et al. (2020) menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani wabah COVID19 memiliki dampak pada upah pekerja. This research was conducted to examine the influence of service quality and trust on interest in using fintech. This type of research is quantitative with the sample used, namely purposive sampling. The data collection technique used was by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire, based on existing criteria, obtaining 61 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique. The results obtained after conducting the test are that service quality does not have a real impact on interest in using fintech, this is because the sig value (0.149) > 0.05, while trust has a real impact on investment interest, this is because the sig value (0.000) < 0 .05 and the variables used in this research can explain interest in using fintech by 54.9%, this is based on the R square results, while the rest is explained by variables outside the research. This low self-efficacy is caused by lack of access to inclusive training, social stigma, and lack of environmental support. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the DUEL (Discover, Understand, Empower, Lead) Training method as a participatory approach to strengthen the self-efficacy of people with disabilities. The method used was Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of articles published in 2020-2025 from indexed databases, using PRISMA guidelines and thematic analysis. The study results show that experiential approaches, such as DUEL Training, are able to build internal motivation, independence, and leadership of people with disabilities. DUEL Training is considered relevant because it touches on psychological aspects and encourages the active role of participants in the training process. A quantitative approach with a survey design was used to collect data from 20 organizations that have implemented HRMIS in Indonesia. Linear regression analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between the level of HRMIS integration and operational efficiency, with a regression coefficient of 0.38 and an R-squared of 0.65. Additionally, t-tests and F-tests indicated that the regression model is statistically significant, with p-values of 0.0001 and 0.00001, respectively. The correlation between the level of HRMIS integration and operational efficiency also indicated a strong relationship, with a correlation coefficient of</em></p> <p><em>0.81.These findings suggest that HRMIS integration significantly contributes to improving operational efficiency, with perceived benefits including time savings, increased data accuracy, and enhanced decision-making capabilities. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative method and utilizes SWOT analysis to assess the system’s strengths and implementation challenges. The findings indicate that EcoRate serves as an objective, transparent, and environmentally responsive performance evaluation tool, particularly relevant in addressing local environmental issues such as the pollution of the Loji River. This study aims to examine the public’s purchasing interest in an eco-friendly product called Telobag and to analyze the role of green marketing in increasing environmental awareness and eco-conscious consumer behavior. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from various age groups and occupations. The findings show that the majority of the community possesses a relatively high level of environmental awareness, although it is not yet fully reflected in their purchasing behavior. Public knowledge about Telobag is moderate, with some respondents lacking a full understanding of its benefits and biodegradation process. The community’s attitude toward green marketing practices is generally positive; however, price concerns and habitual use of plastic bags remain significant barriers. A literature review method was employed using thematic analysis on relevant national and international sources published between 2015 and 2025. However, there are still many MSMEs that haven’t been able to adapt to the digital world, especially with AI technology, one of which is VEO 3 AI. This research aims to understand the views of MSME actors regarding the use of AI technology, as well as analyzing the preparation of appropriate prompts to produce promotional content that meets their expectations. Using qualitative methods through interviews with three MSMEs in the culinary, event organizer and beauty sectors, it was found that VEO 3 AI can increase work efficiency and the attractiveness of visual promotions. However, the difficulty in composing prompts is still a major obstacle. The research results show that VEO 3 AI is able to increase work efficiency, especially in digital promotions, although prompt preparation is still the main obstacle. Individuals with celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, or who choose a gluten-free lifestyle, need safe and nutritious snack alternatives. This paper examines innovations in the development of healthy gluten-free snacks that are formulated to be safe for consumption by all groups, including groups with special dietary needs. This study aims to develop a snack formulation based on local gluten-free raw materials, evaluate its nutritional profile, and test its sensory acceptability and consumption safety. The research method involves the development of several formulations, proximate analysis, microbiological testing, and sensory evaluation. However, this convenience is not always accompanied by adequate financial understanding, which can potentially lead to personal financial mismanagement. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and the use of fintech on the financial behavior of university students in Pekalongan City. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 51 students from several universities in Pekalongan. Th</em><em>e </em><em>collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on financial behavior as the dependent variable. The results show that both financial literacy and fintech usage have a positive influence on students’ financial behavior. Among the two, financial literacy has a more dominant influence.
