Abstrak

Green investment, centered on sustainable ventures like renewable energy and low-carbon technology, has solidified its role as a key pillar in the modern global financial framework. However, its volatility, driven by market uncertainties, environmental regulations, and technological shifts, poses formidable challenges for young investors. This conceptual paper addresses the critical issue of low psychological resilience among the younger generation when navigating the erratic dynamics of green investment portfolios, which jeopardizes their mental well-being and long-term involvement in sustainable finance. The primary goal is to propose a comprehensive strategy to enhance their resilience by combining adaptability and mental fortification. Through a qualitative synthesis of psychological and financial insights, this paper explores how fostering cognitive-emotional flexibility and strengthening optimism can reduce financial stress, improve decision-making, and build enduring confidence. The findings indicate that adaptability encourages youth to perceive market fluctuations as growth opportunities, while mental fortification curbs anxiety, solidifying their commitment to sustainable finance. This approach not only advances theoretical perspectives but also advocates practical educational programs, such as targeted workshops and simulations, to empower young investors, aligning their sustainable financial aspirations with psychological preparedness.
