Sharia Microfinance Institutions have grown and developed well in the last 10 years in Pekalongan City. The study was intended to determine the important role and main share of non-bank microfinance institutions namely Baitu Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) to the public in general and particularly MSME players that produce regional superior products in Pekalongan City and its surroundings. The research method uses survey research with the results that based on the research carried out the role of BMT in small businesses in Pekalongan city has not been felt by some people represented by 37% of answers stating they do not know the role of BMT for their business. While 28% of them state that BMT as a microfinance institution has a role for the development of small businesses in Pekalongan city even though it is not yet optimal. Then those who said they had never felt the role of BMT in developing their businesses amounted to 16%. While a small portion of the community represented by respondents' answers by 19% had felt the function and role of BMT for their business development.

This study aims to describe the economic order, especially SMEs in Batang district through a review of performance based on people's economy, describe the problems faced by SMEs, describe efforts to solve SME problems, describe the accessibility of SME activities, describe opportunities for developing SME economic activities, especially in Batang . This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that in general the problems of SMEs in Batang district are related to Capital, Marketing, Management and Weak Human Resources. The model of SME development can be achieved by changing the Piramide Model into a Rhombus Model that is characterized by popular economy. Effective efforts in developing SMEs include: the creation of a conducive business climate, capital assistance, business protection, partnership development, training, setting up specialized institutions, establishing associations, developing promotions, developing cooperative partnerships etc.

This research is to know the effect of difference of dosage of temulawak flour in feed to saline tilapia seed growth, and to know the addition of dosage of temulawak flour which gives the highest growth. This research was conducted on May 23 to June 25, 2018 held at Brackish Water Laboratory and Slamaran Sea Faculty of Fisheries, Pekalongan University. The test fish used in this research is saline tilapia seedlings with size 3-5 cm obtained from farmers added degayu Pekalongan city, this research dilakuakn with Random Design Complete metopde (RAL) with treatment 5 and 3 replication. To know the results obtained at treatment A. 2.19 g, B. 2.85 g, C. 3.42 g, D. 5.75 g, E. 2.46 g. Based on the result of the research, it was found that the value of F count was bigger than F Table so that the dosing of temulawak dose had a very significant effect on the growth of salted tilapia seed (Oreochromis niloticus). Treatment D has the best growth rate of 5.75 g, and treatment A which has the lowest growth rate of only 2.19 g.

This study aims to determine the use of accounting information in managing financial Micro, small and medium enterprises. The use of accounting information in the form of cash books, purchase notes, sales notes, debt and accounts receivable books, financial statements and recording using accounting software. The results of this study state that most Micro, small and medium enterprises use purchase notes, sales notes and debt and receivables books. As many as 95% of respondents answered using the three notes.

This can be started by growing maritime point of view for the community and the government. Indonesian-oriented maritime development is realized through increasing the capacity of human resources with an oceanic perspective. The country is rich in marine biological resources, by developing fisheries and coastal areas. Therefore, in my opinion, It should be needed for a grand design development that is oriented towards the development of blue economy. Coastal and marine resources could be an alternative as a role in contributing to regional and world economic growth.

This research examines about the development of water tourism potency in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan. In relation with tourism development in Brebes Regency, this research described and explained about how the developing tourism in Winduaji could gives income or profit to the village maximally. As a result of the tourism’s development, then it is needed to designing SME’s (Small Midle Enterprice’s) product to growing economic potencies of the SMEs around Penjalin Reservoir. This research used descriptive methode by qualitaive data. The data is obtained by using the library method and field method where the field method is followed up by observation, interviewing, checking the validity of the data with observation peersistence techniques, data trigulation, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data from the results obtained explain about the development of water tourism potential in Winduaji village , Paguyangan and the constraints that exist in Paguyangan sub-district. In here the resercher writes that the Penjalin reservoir is an asset that contributes to regional income and can increase to income of the surrounding community. So that water tourism in Penjalin reservoir expected to be able to give a positive impact on the world of Indonesion tourism specifically for the regency of Brebes, therefore attention is needed from the goverment, the public and the private sector in developing tourism potential in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan Sub-distric, Brebes district.

This study aims to analyze the condition of spice business people in supporting the herbal industry. This study uses descriptive analytical methods using primary data, including surveys, observations and interviews. SWOT analysis was used to formulate strategy to develop the ability of spice farmers to manage their business. The results showed that the right approach in developing the capability of spice farmers was through participation, through exploring the needs of farmers, formulate existing problems, and design appropriate solutions.

Feed is a very supportive thing in aquaculture for farmers who feel very burden in fulfilling optimal feed needs to achieve good and profitable production. Some pond farmers often provide feed only to their range, and do not follow appropriate feed standards, meaning that fish maintenance is only given feed originally and even utilizes household food manufacturers without taking into account the impact. So through this research on making feed it is expected that later as information and can the public be able to make their own food by utilizing cheap local ingredients and obtained easily. Local food such as rice flour bran, soybean flour, starch flour and extracts from guava leaves were used for this research. The results of the research made from the analysis carried out include 27% protein, low fat, 5.55%, the feed test value, can meet the feed standard for fish cultivated in brackish water. And the brackish waters in the pantura region are also nurtured by many tilapia, because this can provide benefits for farmers and can also be maintained in freshwater. In this food made intentionally added with ingredients that have antiseptic ingredients, the purpose is that the fish that is kept will be more optimal in the production. With feed containing antiseptic, it is hoped that it will improve the health of fish, and minimize microbial attacks on fish. Because in brackish waters often found microbes such as Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Chromobacterium, Bacillus, which often attack fish cause disease, and affect death.

Delayed Development (DD) is a disorder in children that is part of the inability to achieve its age-appropriate development, delays can occur in two or more fields, among others, gross motor development, speech/ language, cognition, personal/ social and daily activities -day. Physiotherapy problems of DD itself is the development of growth disorders, the presence of sensory disorders, the presence of reflux disorders, and the presence of functional activity disorders such as sitting independently, crawled, and standing. In this case the selected intervention technology to overcome the above problems by using Neuro Senso Motor Reflect Development and Synchronization (NSMRD & S) and Neuro Development Treatment (NDT). This research was conducted in RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan with descriptive analytic research design. Research subjects in Scientific Writing are patients with DD conditions that will be given physiotherapy intervention by NSMRD & S and NDT methods. Methods of data collection and data analysis using interview methods Heteroanamnesis. The research instrument consists of inspection of Growth, Sensoris, Reflek, and Functional Activity Capability. The research design used was case study design.Based on the therapy, the following results are obtained: (1) There is an increase in growth in the motor sector Subtle T1 = 6 aspects of TL and 12 aspects of L to T6 = 4 aspects of TL and 14 aspects L, (2) There is a decrease in sensory disturbance, 3) There is a decrease in reflux, (4) There is an increase in functional activity in Dimension B (Sitting). From the results obtained above can be concluded that physiotherapy modalities with NSMRD & S and NDT can help problems arising in DD conditions.

Asthma Bronchiale is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airway. This inflammation causes recurrent episodes of coughing, wheezing, chest thightness, and difficulty in breathing. The problems that arise in people with asthma bronchiale are: chest pain, respiratory muscle spasm, shortness of breath, and decreased functional activity. In this case the technology is chosen to overcome the above problems by using infrared, inhalation and buteyko exercise. This research was conducted in BBKPM Surakarta with descriptive analytic research design. Research subjects in Scientific Writing is a patient with Asthma Bronchiale condition that will be given physiotherapy intervention with infrared, inhalation and buteyko exercise. The research design used is case study design. The research instrument consists of examination of pain, muscle spasm, shortness of breath and ability of functional activity. After therapy was given as much as 4 times the results obtained as follows : (1) There was no decrease of pain disease T4 = 3. (2) There is decrease shortness of breath T4 = 0. (3) There was a decrease of spasm T4 = 0. (4) There was an increase in functional activity with 6 minute walking test T4 = 391m distance. The conclusion of this research was that the physiotherapy modalities with infrared, inhalation and buteyko exercise can help to reduce the problems that arise in the condition of asthma bronchiale.

The world economy is racing so fast, if it does not follow its rhythm it will be overtaken by time and wil end to the lives of people who are not prosperous. This program is based on the culture of the people. Referring to existing government policies, Pekalongan city is pro-active towards creative efforts in its region including by issuing Peraturan Walikota that support and regulate creative business programs and empower communities through PKK and Kelompok Dasa Wism. This papar is a discourse for a more- in depth research in the future. The method used is discourse analysis in case the priority of critical observation and appropriate literature.
