PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative using primary data. The data was taken through a questionnaire distributed to the respondents of Roti Qu Batang employees, the sample used the calculation of the slovin formula model, which was a total of 32 respondents. The purpose of this study is to test how much employee motivation affects the performance of the employees themselves, in addition to testing how far work discipline affects employee performance. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which previously met the requirements of the classical assumption test and hypothesis tests have also been carried out using the t and f tests and the R2 test. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS application. The results of the t-test study showed that Motivation (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and Work Discipline (X2) had no effect and significant on Employee Performance (Y). On the other hand, the results of the f test obtained Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) together.
