Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture, discipline and work environment on the performance of BPR Bank Pekalongan employees. This study is a quantitative study using a saturated sample of 35 employees at BPR Bank Pekalongan. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which can measure the influence of each exogenous variable on the endogenous variable. The results of the study indicate that work culture, discipline and work environment both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR Bank Pekalongan employees.
