Peer Review Process
In the peer-review process, at least two reviewers are assigned to each manuscript within the relevant topic area. Authors may also suggest potential reviewers. When only two reviewers are involved, the evaluation of the first reviewer becomes the primary reference for the editor’s decision. If three reviewers are assigned, the editorial decision will be based on the recommendations of at least two reviewers.
Reviewers are given three weeks to complete one round of the review process. Generally, reviewer candidates are selected based on their reputation in international publications and academic quality. Subsequently, the Editor sends invitation letters to the selected reviewer candidates. After the reviewers confirm their availability, the Editor creates reviewer accounts and submits the manuscripts through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. All review processes are conducted using a double-blind peer review method and are fully managed by the editor via OJS.
