Abstrak

As a central and strong supporter of the economy, running a healthy business is important. It is hoped that this will be able to encourage every business actor to carry out their business well and create a good business climate. This hope is also supported by the issuance of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. This regulation became a legal policy which was then born as an effort to deal with the potential for business monopoly in Indonesia.
