PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PENGADAAN TANAH MELALUI PENITIPAN GANTI KERUGIAN PADA PROYEK PLTA KUMBIH

Abstrak

PLTA Kumbih is one of the electricity infrastructure project build by PLN head for increasing the reliabilty of electricity system in Aceh and North Sumatera province. PLTA Kumbih that have power capacity about 45 MW is one of the renewable energy plant build by PLN. Within the construction phase, PLTA Kumbih have lots of challenges, especially the land acquition problems. Total area PLTA Kumbih are about 71,54 ha, and 19,66 ha had been acquitted, whereas 5,66 ha was acquitted used consignment mechanism. Consignment is on of the dispute solution mechanism by entrust compensation through the Court.
