BENEFIT OF TALENT MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP TO EMPLOYEES

Abstrak

This research explores how talent management and leadership influence employee motivation, engagement, and organizational performance. Talent management is approached as a strategic effort to recognize, nurture, and retain skilled personnel, thereby supporting organizational goals and strengthening competitive advantage. When implemented effectively, it promotes higher motivation levels, fosters deeper employee involvement, and enhances both individual and team outcomes. Simultaneously, leadership that emphasizes empowerment, inclusivity, and collaboration helps cultivate a supportive work environment, strengthens interpersonal trust, and facilitates the achievement of superior performance results. The study’s findings reveal that a combination of well-executed talent management practices and strong leadership exerts a significant positive effect on employee motivation, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business sustainability. These outcomes underline the necessity of integrating comprehensive talent development with leadership excellence to drive sustained organizational success.
