Almost all the activities we do invole the use of mathematics, from simple things like calculating change for groceries to complex things like designing buildings to remain sturdy or programming technology that continues to develop. This abstract discusses various example of the application of mathematics in everyday life. These examples are sategorized based on several fields, such as: 1. Finance; mathematics is used in various financial activities, such as calculating spending money, making budgets and investing. 2. Shopping; mathematics is used to calculate the price of goods, find discounts and compare prices. 3. Transportation; mathematics is used to calculate mileage, travel time and fuel consumption. 4. Technology; mathematics is used in various technology devices, such as computers, smartphones and the internet. Good mathematical knowledge and skills can help us solve various problems in everyday life.
