This study aims to test and analyze the influence
of workload, compensation and job satisfaction
on employee performance at PD. Syukestex
Pekalongan. This research is a correlational type
of quantitative research with research subjects of
56 respondents. This research is a correlational

method used is multiple linear regression with the
SPSS program. The research results show that
workload has a significant negative effect on
performance with a significance of 0.000,
compensation has a significant positive effect on
performance with a significance of 0.049 and job
satisfaction has a significant positive effect on
performance with a significance of 0.038
