PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS MIT APP INVENTOR MATERI SEGITIGA DAN SEGI EMPAT SISWA SMP MUHAMMADIYAH BLIGO

Abstract

MIT App Inventor is software for creating Android-based learning media by making it using an internet connection. MIT App Inventor is an interesting learning media that can help students understand a concept and become a source of independent learning. In addition, it can also help reduce the level of student saturation, especially in triangular and rectangular materials. This study aims to obtain math learning media based on the MIT App Inventor material on triangles and rectangles for SMP Muhammadiyah Bligo students that are valid and practical. The development model used is ADDIE, which consists of five stages of development: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the application product get a score of the "very valid" criteria which indicates that the MIT App Inventor-based mathematics learning media can meet the valid criteria and can be used for product trials. The results of the student response test, which scored of the "very practical" criteria, showed that the MIT App Inventor-based mathematics learning media was practically used in learning.
