ANALISIS FORMULA CERITA PADA BUKU SERI PENGANTAR TIDUR: KUMPULAN DONGENG PERSAHABATAN KARYA BAMBANG IRWANTO DKK

Abstract

Literary work is the result of someone's thoughts presented in beautiful writing and language. Fairy tales are a form of old literary work which tells of miracles that humans cannot reason about. The stories in fairy tales are imaginary and do not really happen but they contain a moral message so that they can be a lesson for the reader. Bambang Irwanto et al in their book entitled Bedtime Series: A Collection of Friendship Tales, collect fairy tales with the theme of friendship. Researchers used the fairy tales Belly the Blind Dog, Kipling Ball, Pak Cepi and Lebi, Friendship Gifts, Songs in the Savannah, More and Sandy as data sources. The focus of this research is the formula in the book Lullaby Series: A Collection of Friendship Tales by Bambang Irwanto et al. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a formula theory approach which refers to Cawelti's formula theory.The results of the research show that the formula that builds the Bedtime Book Series: A Collection of Friendship Tales by Bambang Irwanto et al is in accordance with the melodrama formula which includes cases that are currently occurring, hidden motives, experiencing many trials and suffering, and ultimately being saved.
