Careless errors of 10,18% were caused by students being too hasty in doing the questions. 20,37% concept errors caused by not understanding the formula that will be used in solving the problem. Application errors of 9,25% were caused by students not being able to apply the formula correctly in working on the questions. Errors during the test (test taking errors) of 21,29% were caused by students not completing the answers to the end due to lack of time in working on the questions.
