SOSIOLOGI PENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI PENENTU KUALITAS KARAKTER
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the role of educational sociology as a character determining factor in Indonesia. So far, the process of character growth has been borne by schools as educational institutions. In fact, there are other factors that have a major contribution to the process of children's character growth, namely the sociology of education. Through research methods literature study, namely reviewing all literature related to the research topic. The results of this research explain the role of educational sociology in determining human character, including social media, technology, cultural conditions, family and environment. The results of this research are a source of information for academics and stakeholders that the determining factors of a child's character are not only caused by school, but also sociological educational factors that influence it.
