ADVERBIA DALAM TAJUK RENCANA SURAT KABAR SUARA MERDEKA EDISI FEBRUARI 2019 DAN IMPLIKASINYA DENGAN PEMBELAJARAN MENELAAH STRUKTUR DAN KEBAHASAAN TEKS BERITA KELAS VIII SMP

Abstract

This study aimed to describe Adverb in the Editorial of the Februari 2019 Edition of the Suara Merdeka Newspaper and the Implication Learning to the Structure and Language of News Text in The Eight of Junior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative method. The researcher want to provide an understanding of the type of adverb through a review of the editorial. The use of adverb is also often found in various media, especially print media, for that it is necessary to apply writing learning innovations so that students understand more about adverb. The research has focused on various types of adverb in the editorial. Based on the results of an adverb analysis in the editorial of the February 2019 edition of the Suara Merdeka newspaper adverb found 23 data. The most dominant type of adverb was adverb quantity. This research was implied in learning to study the structure and  language news text of the VIII grade of Junior High School. Based on these results it was concluded that news text learning was expected to identify adverb
