Abstract

Literature is an oral or written work of art in the form of imagination which is realized through the medium of language. The focus of this research is a review of literary feminism. Literary feminism is an ideology or understanding that states equal rights between men and women. The purpose of this study, namely (1) describing the form of female imagery in the novel About You by Tere Liye, and (2) describing the results of the analysis of women's images in the novel About You by Tere in learning to analyze the values ​​of class XI novels in SMK. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, qualitative descriptive aims so that researchers explain the discussion in detail. The results of this study are expected to be used as a review of understanding the image of women with a review of literary feminism in the novel About You by Tere Liye.
