The background of the study in this research is based on the problem about gender bias policies in education that still happens until now. This problem must be discussed and completed. Both man and woman should get the equal treatment in education. So that, it can be able create injustice for one of them based on gender differences. The writer took “Mona Lisa Smile” by Mike Newell.
