Abstract

The existence of Work-Life Balance is important to improve employee performance. The better workers can balance their personal life and work, the better their performance will be. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The sampling technique was simple random sampling using the Slovin formula calculation. The population of the study was 150 workers and the sample was 60 workers. The data analysis technique used the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study are that Work-Life Balance has an effect on employee performance. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is an effect of the Work-Life Balance variable on employee performance variables at one of the construction companies in Gresik Regency. The benefits of the study are to provide knowledge and insight as well as provide suggestions or input on the topics discussed.
