Abstrak

The behavior of someone who has the intention to use fintech can be seen from the individual's behavior, for example, believing and knowing the benefits of fintech itself. This research was conducted to examine the influence of service quality and trust on interest in using fintech. This type of research is quantitative with the sample used, namely purposive sampling. The data collection technique used was by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire, based on existing criteria, obtaining 61 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique. The results obtained after conducting the test are that service quality does not have a real impact on interest in using fintech, this is because the sig value (0.149) > 0.05, while trust has a real impact on investment interest, this is because the sig value (0.000) < 0 .05 and the variables used in this research can explain interest in using fintech by 54.9%, this is based on the R square results, while the rest is explained by variables outside the research.
