Inovasi GHRM : Integrasi Green Behavior Monitoring dan Eco- Focused Performance Appraisal System dalam Industri Batik di Kota Pekalongan

Abstrak

This study develops a web-based application called EcoRate as an innovation in Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) within the batik industry sector in Pekalongan City. The application integrates two key approaches: green behavior monitoring and an eco-focused performance appraisal system, aimed at fostering an environmentally responsible work culture among batik industry workers. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative method and utilizes SWOT analysis to assess the system’s strengths and implementation challenges. The findings indicate that EcoRate serves as an objective, transparent, and environmentally responsive performance evaluation tool, particularly relevant in addressing local environmental issues such as the pollution of the Loji River. The application features green behavior-based assessment forms, automatic scoring, evidence upload options, and performance trend visualizations. Despite requiring further user education and system integration, EcoRate holds significant potential for broader implementation in other industries in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
