Peran Impact Enterpreneurship dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Inklusif dan Berkelanjutan di Indonesia

Abstrak

This study examines the role of impact entrepreneurship in driving inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. Using a mixed-method approach, data was collected from literature reviews and surveys of social entrepreneurs across various regions. The findings reveal that impact entrepreneurship significantly contributes to empowering marginalized communities, creating quality jobs, and improving social welfare. Moreover, social impact entrepreneurship fosters innovation and economic resilience sustainably. These results underscore the importance of supportive policies, conducive ecosystems, and access to financing to maximize the role of impact entrepreneurship in national inclusive and sustainable economic development. The implications of this study provide guidance for policymakers and entrepreneurs to strengthen the synergy between business and social goals.
