Abstract

This study was conducted to access the influence of social media and financial literacy on sustainable investment interest among UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta students. As technology develops, social media becomes one of the main sources of information in obtaining financial information, which affects students perception of investment. On the other hand, a good understanding of financial literacy helps students understand risks and make wise investment decisions. This research was conducted using quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires from 144 students. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to measure the extent to which social media and financial literacy affect sustainable investment interest. The results of this study indicate tat social media and financial literacy affects sustainable investment interest.
