ANALISIS METODE VALUASI SAHAM PADA SAHAM INDEKS JII 30 UNTUK MENCAPAI FUTURE GLORY

Abstrak

Sharia stocks have a great growth potential along with the number of Muslim investors growth, this also applies to the JII30 Index which has a high market valuation and large returns. In line with this growth, to achieve future glory, stock valuation is one of the important things for an investor in investing.There are three commonly used valuation methods, namely relative valuation, dividend discount model, and discounted cash-flow.With the three valuation methods that are often used, an investor must be able to choose what fundamental valuation to use.After conducting research on 3 stocks in JII 30, namely ADRO, ICBP, and TLKM, it was found that DDM had the highest accuracy, followed by DCF, and Relative Valuation in the last rank.
