Abstrak

In the era of rapid technological change in Indonesia, Generazi Z is increasingly literate in investment. The factors that influence them in determining investment decisions are through financial literacy, understanding of Risk Tolerance, and Herding Behaviour. Financial literacy and understanding of Risk Tolerance are expected to help Generation Z in making investment decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine and measure the influence of Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, and Herding Behaviour in determining investment decisions for students at universities domiciled in Jabodetabek. This research is quantitative with a sample size of 100 respondents, and the data source is collected through a questionnaire. The analysis of this study uses associative analysis techniques, outer model test, inner model, and hypothesis testing using the help of the SmartPLS 3 software program. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and Risk Tolerance have a positive influence on decision making in investing, while Herding Behaviour has no effect on decision making in investing.
