Abstrak

Financial literacy and education are the first line of defense for domestic investors, especially for Generation Z. Financial literacy and education play a crucial role and provide a strong foundation that can be a solution to enhance someone's skills and abilities in managing their financial resources effectively. The purpose of this study is to understand and provide education and literacy that can explain the influence of cash flow management on the investment decisions of Generation Z through the introduction of risk profiles as a modernization variable. This study uses a survey method, which is conducted online with data analysis using qualitative analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research sample consists of Generation Z with an age range of 18-30 years. From the test results, it is known that education and literacy levels in cash flow management tend to have a positive effect on the investment decisions of Generation Z through the introduction of risk profiles. It can be concluded that most of Generation Z has a conservative risk profile.
