Abstrak

Inclusive finance is one of Indonesia goals to achieve in the future, including inclusivity in investment sector. Currently, the investment climate in Indonesia is still influenced by external factors such as the Fed Fund Rate. The Fed Rate fluctuation impact the willingness of investors to inflow their cash to Indonesia because Rupiah has low power against Dollar. For this reason, research is needed on the eagerness and internal ability of Indonesia investor, especially younger generation. This research aims to analyze the effect of investing motivation, finance literation, and risk perception towards investation instrument option. The author used a quantitative method in this study, with collecting primary data from survey. This research explore college student’s view of investment climate as a young investor. The author comes to a conclusion that if an investor has more investment motivation and risk perception, the investment option choosed will be riskier. Otherwise, the finance literation variable is linear but not significant towards the dependen variable.
