MENAKAR PELUANG INVESTASI SAHAM PROPERTI DI INDONESIA: ANALISIS MAKROEKONOMI, PORTER, DAN VALUASI PADA SAHAM PWON, BSDE, DAN CTRA

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the prospects of property sector stocks reflected through 3 stocks incorporated in the ESG Leaders index, namely PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA), PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), and PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) through macroeconomic analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter Five Forces analysis, risk analysis, and company valuation approaches. Quantitative descriptive analysis method and data source using secondary data. The results showed that the property sector still has bright prospects amid the uncertainty of economic conditions which is reflected in the fair value of CTRA, BSDE, and PWON being undervalued and can be used as an investment allocation.
