Abstrak
The dynamics of information in the Indonesian capital market mean
that investment decision-making is no longer solely based on
fundamental analysis but also on subjective interpretations of often
fragmented and ambiguous market signals. This study examines the
influence of perceived share ownership transparency above 1% on
retail investors' heuristic-based investment thinking, using heuristic
theory as a framework. The authors employed quantitative methods in
this study, collecting primary data from surveys. The findings indicate
that share ownership transparency above 1% significantly influences
retail investors' heuristic-based investment thinking. Future research
should explore additional factors that influence retail investors'
heuristic-based investment thinking.
