Abstrak
Advances in digital technology have spurred increased student engagement in investment activities, although this does not necessarily correlate with the quality of their decision-making. This study aims to examine the role of investment mindset as a mediating variable in the relationship between financial self-efficacy and risk perception on students’ investment decisions. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method, and the data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research findings are expected to demonstrate that financial self-efficacy and risk perception influence investment decisions, both directly and through investment mindset as an intervening variable. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute to the development of behavioral finance literature and serve as a foundation for designing investment education strategies to improve the quality of investment decision-making among students.
