Abstract
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Work Ethics and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of the Bank Muamalat Pekalongan Branch Office. The sample selection in this study used primary data with a questionnaire distribution method and obtained 33 samples of research data. Based on multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program, it was found that the work ethic variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Then the work discipline variable had a significant positive impact on employee performance.
