MANAJEMEN TALENTA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIASI
Abstract
Employee performance is an important indicator for government agencies in their efforts to create added value through developing products or services to realize organizational goals. This research aims to examine the influence of talent management and organizational commitment on employee performance, by mediating the role of job satisfaction. The sample selected was 60 respondents using census techniques. The analysis used includes validity testing, reliability testing, Structural model testing (Inner Model) using the WarpPLS 7 analysis tool. The research results show that talent management, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The empirical test results also show that job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of talent management and organizational commitment.
