This research aims to examine the influence of Performance Management and Training on Employee Work Productivity at CV. Sinar Abadi Property. This research was conducted at CV. Sinar Abadi Property Jl. Raya Pekajangan Kedungwuni, Pekalongan. The population in this research is CV employees. Sinar Abadi Property, numbering 60, uses Saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (StatisticalProduct and Service Solutions) version 26 program to analyze the data. Based on the results of this research, it shows that, (1) Performance Management has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. (2) Training has a significant effect on employee work productivity. (3) Simultaneous Performance Management and Training has a significant effect on employee work productivity
