This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, and Organizational Culture on the performance of PAUD teachers in Pekalongan City. One of the elements of quality ECCE is the Principal's Leadership which certainly affects the performance of ECCE Teachers in addition to the Organizational Culture in schools affects performance. This research was conducted on PAUD teachers in Pekalongan City, through questionnaires. The methods used are descriptive and qualitative methodswith multiple regression analysis techniques from the study, it was found that there was no influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Performance of ECCE Teachers in Pekalongan City.
