ANALISIS KEPUASAN PNS ATAS PENERAPAN E-KENAIKAN PANGKAT PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KOTA PEKALONGAN
Abstrak
This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction level of Civil Servants (PNS) regarding the implementation of the E-Kenaikan Pangkat system at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resource Development of Pekalongan City. The research method includes a survey using a Likert scale and in-depth interviews with PNS who use the system. The results indicate that the system provides significant benefits in improving administrative efficiency and transparency, with high average scores for each evaluation component: Perceived Usefulness (4.52), Perceived Ease of Use (4.52), Tangibles (4.35), Reliability (4.41), Responsiveness (4.53), Assurance (4.44), and Empathy (4.45). PNS feel that the system is not only easy to use but also secure and responsive to their needs. The implications of these findings suggest that the implementation of E-Kenaikan Pangkat can be an effective solution to expedite the promotion process, reduce administrative errors, and improve managerial efficiency in government institutions. This study recommends further development of the system with enhanced features and broader data integration to maximize civil servant performance.
