Abstrak
In general, companies implement several policies to improve the performance of their employees. Organizational culture is expected to improve performance to create the necessary competitiveness. This research is intended to determine the influence of organizational culture on improving employee performance. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review type of research. The data used in this research was collected through library research. Data collection techniques use library research. The results of the research show that organizational culture can improve employee performance
