PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT DELTA DUNIA TEKSTIL IV PEKALONGAN

Abstrak

The objectives of this research are (1) To determine the influence of work discipline variables on employee performance (2) To determine the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance (3) To determine the influence of organizational communication variables on employee performance (4) To determine the influence of work discipline variables, work motivation, and organizational communication simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Delta Dunia Textile IV Pekalongan. This research uses a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents. Data collection methods use questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research concluded that (1) the work discipline hypothesis had a negative and insignificant effect with a t count of 0.802 with a significance level of 0.430 < 0.05 (2) Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t count of 2.783 with a level significance is 0.010 < 0.05. (3) Employee organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t count of 2.967 with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05. (4) Work discipline, work motivation, organizational communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with the results of the F test. The calculation results show a calculated F value of 47.331. Using a significance limit of 0.05, a significance value of 0.000 is obtained which is smaller than 0.05
