Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Pekalongan City Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs Department. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires, with research subjects being 30 employees at the Pekalongan City Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs Department. The type of data used is quantitative. Quantitative data in this research is data sourced directly from respondents which is presented in the form of a Likert scale. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data statistical method used is descriptive statistics using the SmartPLS version 4.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance.
