PENGARUH CR, DER, DAN TATO TERHADAP ROE PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2018-2020

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover on return on equity. The population in this study is the Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 as many as 55 companies, in 2019 as many as 63 companies, and in 2020 as many as 65 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are from the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant negative effect. Meanwhile, Total Assets TurnOver has a significant positive effect on Return On Equity.
