Purpose – This research aims to look at the influence of profitability, asset structure, liquidity and company size on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.
Design/methodology/approach – The data collection method uses purposive sampling using secondary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
Findings – The research results show that profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Asset structure has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. Company size has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure.
