PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Employee performance is a result of the work of an employee in a company, which is achieved in the duties and responsibilities of a job. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Competence, Work Disciplineand Work Environment on Employee Performance (a case study on PT. JNR
Garment Employees). This type of research is causal research using quantitative methods, with data collection through distributing questionnaires. The sample population in this study was 50 people as respondents with saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
