AbstractTiban Market is a local wisdom that has existed in Pekalongan City since a dozen years ago. The use of road bodies or areas around the road in a region is a very thick feature. Arrangement is very important for the sustainability of Pasar Tiban, because instead of helping to provide the business and economic space of the citizens, it can facilitate the problems of community residents which consist of congestion, social vulnerability, and hygiene problems. The pattern of community-based management is integrated with various regional government organizations with regard to the desire for the existence of market synergies for the community. Community-based structuring must be a role model for structuring the market that is supported in a region.
