Pengaruh Penambahan Tepung Temulawak (Curcuma zanthorrhiza) Pada Pakan Buatan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Nila Salin (Oreochromis niloticus)

Abstract

This research is to know the effect of difference of dosage of temulawak flour in feed to saline tilapia seed growth, and to know the addition of dosage of temulawak flour which gives the highest growth. This research was conducted on May 23 to June 25, 2018 held at Brackish Water Laboratory and Slamaran Sea Faculty of Fisheries, Pekalongan University. The test fish used in this research is saline tilapia seedlings with size 3-5 cm obtained from farmers added degayu Pekalongan city, this research dilakuakn with Random Design Complete metopde (RAL) with treatment 5 and 3 replication. To know the results obtained at treatment A. 2.19 g, B. 2.85 g, C. 3.42 g, D. 5.75 g, E. 2.46 g. Based on the result of the research, it was found that the value of F count was bigger than F Table so that the dosing of temulawak dose had a very significant effect on the growth of salted tilapia seed (Oreochromis niloticus). Treatment D has the best growth rate of 5.75 g, and treatment A which has the lowest growth rate of only 2.19 g.
