Abstrak

This research was conducted at Kluwih Jaya Farm, with a sample of 30 respondents and processed using SEM SmartPLS 4.0. The research results show that there is an insignificant influence of Spiritual Leadership on employee performance. There is a significant influence of Workplace Spirituality on employee performance. There is a insignificant influence on the influence of Spiritual Leadership on Job Satisfaction. There is a significant influence of Workplace Spirituality on Job Satisfaction. There is a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. There is an insignificant effect of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of Spiritual Leadership on employee performance. There is a significant influence of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of Workplace Spirituality on Employee Performance
