This proceeding is the official annual publication of the Faculty of Economics and Business International Conference (FEBIC), organized yearly by the University of Pekalongan (UNIKAL). This year’s edition, held on June 29-30, 2024, revolves around the theme "Innovative Management Strategies for Creative Industries: Navigating Change and Sustainability." The conference aims to bring together academics, industry practitioners, and policymakers to discuss and share the latest research and best practices in managing creative industries amidst rapid changes and sustainability challenges. The articles compiled in this proceeding cover a wide range of sub-themes, including human resource management, marketing, finance, creative entrepreneurship, business accounting, and economics. Through this proceeding, we hope to disseminate insights and innovations that aid organizations in the creative industry to become more adaptive and sustainable in the digital era.
